ANOTHER WEEK OF BLOGGING HAS ENDED AND WE THANK STEPHANIE GUNDELACH, INGRID MUNCH AND ELISE BORN FOR GIVING US A SNEAK-PEAK INSIDE THEIR FASHIONABLE LIFE AND WARDROBE. WE HAVE NOTICED, THAT THE GIRLS NOW WRITE IN ENGLISH ON THEIR BLOG WWW.ANYWHO.DK SO NOW IT'S UNDERSTANDABLE FOR ALL. HAPPY READING.

GESTUZ AND THEIR PLAYSUITS

During fashion week in February As Øland (Danish stylist) and I styled the
Copenhagen Vision Show. I completely fell in love with this graphic playsuit
from the Danish label Gestuz. The black/white pattern would look great with a
colored blazer and I'm definitely going to buy it when it hits the stores
this August.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BANGLE

While looking through my friends jewelry box, I found this amazing Burberry bracelet. The size and the shape makes it unnecessary to wear it with anything else than an LDB (little black dress). As simple as that!

SWEDISH DESIGN

The Swedish designers are definitely among the most talented
when it comes to craftsmanship and concept. Three of my favorites are Ann
Sophie Back, Helena Hörstedt and Sandra Backlund - they're not really
comparable, but their designs all have that clean Scandinavian detail
oriented feel to them. I wouldn't mind seeing one of their shows, nor owning
a special piece from one of their collections some day!

FOR THE LOVE OF VINTAGE

We are all big fans of vintage and 2ndhand stuff, and Copenhagen offers a great deal of hidden treasures. We often go to the street Studiestræde and the surrounding area, in which you cannot miss the shops København K (Studiestræde 32B and Teglgårdsstræde 4) and Wasteland (Studiestræde 5). In Copenhagen V, our favourite 2ndhand shop is "Genbrug" (Vesterbrogade 79) who has all the 80's glam dresses and leather jackets your heart may desire.

GESTUZ

Yesterday I was wearing my favourite jumpsuit from the Danish brand Gestuz. Black and white are always a good combination and more over I really like the unique print. The jumpsuit is from the Summer 2009 collection which also offers loads of beautiful leather goods. You can see more at www.gestuz.com.

FALL FAVOURITES

Yesterday we stopped by the PR agency Gregersen Communication to return some clothing we had borrowed. They represent a lot of great labels like the designer Barbara I Gongini, who has a really cool and sculptural fall collection. These two in particular would be a perfect base for my winter wardrobe.

USSI

We spotted this cool chick on Studiestræde the other day. Her name is Ussi and she's currently working as a PR assistant on the Vilsbøl de Arce fashion show. We love her style - it's a mix of old and new, which gives her unique outfit that Copenhagen spirit.

2ndhand leather jacket, Wolford leggings, old Hugo Boss t-shirt, boots from Lædersmeden (Copenhagen K) and 2ndhand sunglasses

STINE GOYA

I found this amazing leather jacket from the Danish designer Stine Goya in my friend's wardrobe. I wish it was mine! I really like the details with the golden zippers and of course the sophisticated and at the same time tough look. I hope that I can go and see her show during Fashion Week, since she is my all time favourite Danish designer.

VANILLA & LIQUORICE

Yesterday's weather turned out much hotter than I had imagined when I got dressed in the morning. That's the problem with the Danish summer - you can never predict whether it's going to be hot, cold, windy or rainy, which often ends with one catching a cold. To cool down I stopped by Summerbird (Kronprinsensgade 11) to try out their new ice cream. They dipped the summerbird shaped ice cream in white chocolate and sprinkled it with liqourice. It was so delicious and on top of that it matched my outfit perfectly! How lucky can one get?

Jumpsuit from Alexander Wang, 2ndhand leather jacket from Kongens Klæ'r (2ndhand shop in Copenhagen K) and ring from the Danish jewelry designer Maleen Neel.

COPENHAGEN STREETSTYLE

Yesterday when I met up with Karoline from CFW for a quick coffee, I ran into Jenny and Søren from the site www.copenhagenstreetstyle.dk. I often check out the numerous pictures of inspiring people from the streets, that very well reflects the diversity of the Copenhagen style. They took a picture, and asked me a couple of questions for their site. I am happier than I look :)

MY FAVOURITE COCKTAIL - "PLEASE DON'T TELL"

Yesterday I went to UMAMI where in my opinion they serve some of the best cocktails in town. Mixologist and bar manager Chris Doig crafted my new favourite cocktail "PDT", named after a bar in New York. It consists of Aperol, pink grapefruit juice, rhubarb syrup, honey and japanese vodka (Shochu, which apparently doesn't give you a hangover!). You should try it! By the way - UMAMI will open a new lounge in September with DJ's friday and saturday.

RABBIT AND GOLD

Our monday started with a orange/carrot juice and a moment in the sun. The shoes are my most recent 2ndhand purchase, and I found them in an afroshop in Copenhagen V. I made my bag out of rabbitfur a couple of years ago, and haven't used it for a while until today. Mostly I go for silver or black hardware, but this bags gold zippers goes with the trimmings on the shoes.

COFFEE AT RICCOS

Yesterday we met at Riccos Coffeeshop (Studiestræde 24) where we pampered ourselves with a coffee in the sun. Riccos is our favourite spot in Copenhagen. They make the best coffee and homemade buns and it's always a pleasure to look at the inspiring people passing by...

FLOSS

It is no secret that I adore Pisserenden in the center of Copenhagen. The bar Floss in Larsbjørnsstræde is full of life and happy times all days of the week. No beer for me yesterday but I am without a doubt dropping by in the nearest future
Today I wore a secondhand dress and one of my favourite bags from the danish brand Black Lily (blacklilly.dk). They have a great selection of bags in fantastic quality - and believe it or not, they are very affordable.

K29

The other day I found the newly opened shop K29 in Kompagnistræde 29, Copenhagen K. It is like a department store for the swedish designers MaxJenny, Margareta Forslund and the silversmith Owe Johansson. They also have nordic brands such as Monies.
Furthermore they sell unique dresses, coats og accesories - all with a very scandinavian look to them. I have always loved Monies voluminous jewellery but sadly I don't own any. The black rings made of wood though are very affordable and will probably end up in my jewellery box in the future. They are beautiful yet quite obscene ....in a VERY good way!

PEEPS SHOPPING

Lately, I've developed an expensive habit - shopping online. It's very addictive. This shirt from www.peeps.org is my most recent purchase. I wanted to save it for Copenhagen Fashion Week, but I had to wear it Saturday night when we went to see the Britney Spears concert in Parken. I really like the combination of the loose fit and the details on the sleeves, which makes it usable for both day and night. I can't wait to try it on with my favourite worn out denim shorts!

2NDHAND: KBH K @ STUDIESTRÆDE 32 B // COPENHAGEN K

Saturday I dropped by the secondhand shop KBH K (studiestræde, Copenhagen K) which is one of my favorite secondhand shops. I rarely get out of there empty-handed.
I purchased this beautiful white laced jacket which I already love - but I am still waiting for the perfect idea, on how to wear it and with what, to pop up in my mind.
I am sure it will be perfect for barbecues and garden-parties this summer.

THE NEXT WEEK IS ANYWHO WEEK - STAY TUNED
